Simone Gardner is a dynamic entrepreneur, motivational speaker and business consultant. Simone holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from North Carolina Central University in Durham NC and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh, NC.

Ms. Gardner is the owner of The Wealthy Group. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 2017. Simone has a sincere passion for real estate, working to educate everyone about real estate. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to own a home, whether as a primary owner or as an investor.

Ms. Gardner says with every task she takes on, it must point back to her primary assignment: To Empower by educating and inspire by encouraging and She believes that nothing else matters if she is not working to build others.

Simone’s experience includes business planning and development and business operations. She works with entrepreneurs to bring their dream into reality. One of her most noteworthy accomplishments was her ability to do restructure several failing small businesses into now successful mid-size organizations.

With over 15 years of expertise in providing small businesses with start-up and expansion consulting services, Simone serves as a board member with several community organizations that focus on providing assistance to disfranchised and/or unemployed individuals. As a board member, Simone works to strengthen the community’s confidence in the mission of each organization. She strives to link each project to the needs of the community and maintains the integrity of each commitment by affirming that each project is completed in a timeframe that is impactful and transformational.

As a motivational speaker and coach, Simone’s passion to encourage, equip, empower, inspire individuals to greatness. Simone understands that part of her mission in life is to restore hope to the hopeless and broken-hearted and empower people to pursue financial and spiritual wealth, and this can be felt with every word she speaks. With these priorities in mind, Simone prepares speeches that compel the listener to reach deep within and re-structure their lives as necessary to secure financial and spiritual wellness and wholeness. She believes that, “the ability to live an exceptional and spectacular life is embedded within each individual, extracting those abilities is possible when confidence and motivation are the foundation in which a determined individual stands upon.”

Simone resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. She enjoys reading and shopping in her leisure time. Simone has made it her life’s work, to educate and empower people financially.
